It is important that the condition of the cargo is examined before shipping. Physical condition of the cargo prior to loading ensures that the goods are in accordance with contractual conditions and specifications. Descriptions of apparent damage are carefully noted.

Pre-shipment inspections allow the customer to have own assessment of the goods and take necessary precautions against insufficient packing - lashing/securing.
